Tour Itinerary :

Day 01: Bali to Mount Bromo Hotel

Ijen expedition team will pick you up from your hotel or airport in Bali and then take you to the western tip of Bali for about 3 hours by private car with AC then upon arrival in Gilimanuk harbor, proceed to take the ferry to cross the Bali strait for about one hour (1 hour ) to reach Ketapang ferry port in Banyuwangi (in the eastern tip of Java).

The trip goes through the rural landscapes of West Bali. At noon, We will arrive in Banyuwangi then We will continue our journey to Mt. Bromo for about 4-5 hours including having lunch at a local restaurant on the way. Upon arrival in Mt. Bromo, You will stay at hotel in Bromo area and free time

Day 02: Bromo Sunrise Tours – Banyuwangi

At 03.30: 00 am, The 4WD (JEEP) will take us to Mount Pananjakan where we’ll go to the best location to enjoy the sunrise. Mount Pananjakan is one of the best places on the edge of the Tengger Caldera to enjoy the best sunrise time.

Afterwards, the jeep will take us down to the slopes of Mount Bromo by crossing the ocean of sand, and then you will climb the slopes of Mount Bromo by following the stairs leading to the peak of Mount Bromo.

Around 08: 00 am, the jeep will bring you back to the hotel to have breakfast, shower, loading bags into the car, and then you will be escorted back to the District of Banyuwangi or Bondowoso where Ijen Crater is Located for about 4-5 hours including stop on the way for having lunch at a local restaurant.

Upon in the Ijen Crater area or Banyuwangi, You will stay at Grand Harvest Resort or kampung joglo ijen

Day 03: Ijen Blue Fire Tours – Bali Island

Around 12:30 am, We will go to the village of Licin and then continue to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining on the island of Java with giant ferns and plants, and big trees, this journey takes approximately 1 hour from the hotel by private car.

Arriving at the parking area of Mount Ijen, approximately 1 to 1.5 hours will be required to ascend the slope of mount Ijen to reach the peak of Ijen Crater along the path, You will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shady.

Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy the best panorama of the lake of sulfate which reflects a spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression of doom.

The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing a dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with a load of as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders.

this is a really dangerous job. Here also, You will enjoy the Blue fire and beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creations. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth.

After You enjoyed the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then descend the slope of Mount Ijen until the vehicle’s parking area where our vehicle is waiting to escort you back to the City of Banyuwangi for have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, we will drive back to Bali island on the same route and lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
